Privacy Policy

Bach ("we," "our," or "the app") is an iOS app for creating and hosting bachelorette party games. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
Account information. When you create an account we collect your email address and a password. If you sign in with a third-party provider (such as Google), we receive your
name and email address from that provider.
Content you upload. The app's games are built from content that you and your party choose to upload — for example photos, selfies, and video recordings. Party details you enter, such as event information and participant names, are also stored.
We do not collect your location, contacts, browsing history, or advertising identifiers, and we do not use third-party advertising or tracking.
How we use it
To provide the app: creating your account, storing your parties and games, and sharing uploaded content with the other members of your party as part of gameplay.
Uploaded photos may be processed to generate game content shown to your party.
To send essential account emails, such as password resets.
We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing.
Where your data lives
Your data is stored securely with our backend provider, Supabase, and email is delivered via Resend. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Who can see your content
Content you upload is visible to the members of the party it belongs to — that's the point of the games. It is not public and is not shown to users outside your party.
Data retention & deletion
You can delete your account at any time from within the app, which removes your account information and uploaded content. You can also request deletion by emailing us at the address below.
